Our private sector client is seeking experienced Project Managers to support delivery teams in executing digital transformation and operational projects across multiple technology portfolios. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within digital transformation or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.

General Tasks

These tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and operational projects.
• Support internal delivery teams with structured project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide clear project reporting and updates to leadership.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings and status updates.
• Track action items, decisions, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
