The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) needs to have a banked hour contract for Oracle APEX technical services provided by an expert. This contract will allow CSA to support and maintain its existing APEX applications and to develop new systems.
Mandatory requirements
- 7 years or more of significant experience in application development with Oracle APEX in the last 10 years
- Experience in application development with Oracle APEX version 20 or higher
- 7 years or more of significant experience in PL/SQL in the last 10 years
General tasks
- Develop and modify applications with Oracle APEX (version 21 and higher) of various levels of complexity.
- Migrate applications from one version to another.
- Develop PL / SQL stored procedures, functions, packages or triggers.
- Make recommendations about application code and code optimization.
- Make recommendations about application security.
- Train CSA employees
- Write technical documentation
