The Quality Engineering Test Establishment for three (3) Senior Web Designers to support the QETE Operations and Planning section by performing a wide range of programming applications for SharePoint application programming interface (API) and Framework, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Representational State Transfer (REST), JavaScript Object Model (JSOM), and Client-Side Object Model (CSOM), and developing forms and workflows using applications such as Nintex, TypeScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Structured Query Language (SQL) Servers, .Net, Visual Studio, Server Side Object Model (SSOM), jQuery, Progress Kendo UI for jQuery and other related technologies.
Mandatory requirements
- must have a valid degree from a recognized university in a field related to computer engineering or software development;
- must have each of the following valid certifications:
- Nintex Forms certification;
- Microsoft SharePoint certification; and
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification in IT-Service Management.
 
- must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in defining and optimizing the architecture for SharePoint solutions;
- must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in creating and applying designs that maximize the usability of SharePoint solutions;
- must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in developing, writing and testing code based upon design and requirements documents for SharePoint solutions;
- must have a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience using each of the following to program custom web-based solutions:
- C#
- JavaScript
- CSOM
- JSOM
- SSOM APIs
 
- must have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of combined experience using each of the following to develop web-based solutions:
- REST Web Services
- jQuery
- Progress® Kendo UI for jQuery
- TypeScript
- Nintex Forms and Workflows
- SQL Servers
- .Net
- Visual Studio
 
- must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience developing SharePoint applications that meet the business needs of an organization;
- must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience coordinating the work of other SharePoint designers and programmers;
Optional requirements
- should have combined experience of 180 months in each of the following:
- Project management,
- leading and overseeing software development projects,
- ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and
 adherence to project goals and objectives.
 
- should have combined experience of 180  months using each of the following to program custom web-based solutions:

General tasks
- Must perform advanced configuration support to complex mesh network topology-based networks, maintaining and supporting the integrity of the network environment and various network systems. These tasks include the following: 
- Recommend long-term SharePoint strategies and operational plans for QETE to achieve business goals;
- Liaise with QETE Senior management for SharePoint’s integration into broader strategic goals;
- Develop and conduct presentations on SharePoint strategies and initiatives;
- Collaborate with QETE IM/IT management and support team to coordinate SharePoint activities with other IM/IT activities;
- Organize and conduct SharePoint training for QETE staff; and
- Ensure quality control of Contractor’s team’s deliverables.
- Directly involve in managing service requests and technical issues, ensuring swift and strategic resolutions;
- Strategically address and resolve SharePoint system challenges;
- Design and strategize the architecture of SharePoint Site Collections and Sub-sites;
- Innovate and strategize SharePoint lists, libraries, and applications;
- Lead the development of SharePoint Designer Workflows;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Govern SharePoint Permissions;
- Oversee the strategic configuration of site navigation;
- Engage in providing direct end-user support and training, emphasizing user empowerment and self-sufficiency;
- Assist in the scripting and site management efforts, leveraging PowerShell to optimize SharePoint environments;
- Support the migration process of SharePoint sites, ensuring smooth transitions between versions.
