The Director General Information Management Project Delivery (DGIMPD) requires Business Architect to provide business and capability planning and business design support to the ICAM project.
Mandatory requirements
- Minimum of ten years’ experience, within the last fifteen years, working on identification of the various business architecture components and business strategy.
- minimum of ten years’ experience, within the last fifteen years, identifying, analyzing and validating services and service processes to facilitate business transformation initiatives. Experience must include the following:
Developing models;
Facilitating meetings or workshops to gather, analyze, and validate findings; and
Communicating findings to stakeholders and project management. - Minimum of ten years’ of experience, within the last fifteen years, supporting business improvements or information technology initiatives. Experience must include the following:
Reviewing and analyzing the development and integration of business process and information models; and
Providing assistance and guidance in the development of business processes improvement to eliminate information and process redundancies. - Minimum of ten years’ of experience, within the last fifteen years, developing business strategies on how organizational components fit together in support of organization and business mandate.
- Three years of experience, within the last ten years, providing business architecture expertise in the area of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM).
General tasks
- Plan and provide reports on work to be completed to the Project Manager and/or Technical Authority;
- Develop and recommend the specifications for where, how and why the various organizational components fit together as they do, and how they support the organization’s mandate;
- Provide documentation of the baseline and target architecture, the development of gap analysis, roadmap, and identification of the various business architecture components;
- Document and develop strategic changes, models, policies and business processes to develop policies and rules that allow an organization to carry out its mandate and functional responsibilities and that govern the organization’s actual and planned capabilities in terms of computers, data, information, human resources, communication facilities, software and management responsibilities;
