The Office of the Judge Advocate General required for Senior Project Manager to manage the continued development and subsequent implementation of JAIMS, using a comprehensive roadmap plan that maximizes existing budgetary and human resource allocations aligned to the identified business requirements.

Mandatory requirements

  1. 120+ months (10+ years) of Project Manager role for Software Development and Implementation Projects (Software Development and Implementation Project Manager activities include communicating, planning, scheduling, managing resource allocation, and managing execution and delivery of software projects);
  2. 2 years of experience in Agile Software Development methodology;
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science;
  4. Master’s Degree in Project Management
  5. 12 months of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics Environment.

General tasks

  1. Managing the continued development and subsequent implementation of JAIMS;
  2. Developing and applying a comprehensive roadmap plan that maximizes existing budgetary and human resource allocations aligned to identified business requirements provided by the TA to manage the JAIMS project;
  3. Applying references, methodologies, and approaches as described in the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Chief Information Officer Branch (CIOB) “The Independent Reviewer’sHandbook” and the “Review Topics for Enquiry” documentation;
  4. Review all provided onboarding documents;
  5. Meet and Liaise with JAIMS Project Stakeholders;
  6. Conduct an Independent Assessment of the Existing JAIMS Project Schedule;
  7. Maintain Information Management Practices;
  8. Support OJAG’s Response to Requests for JAIMS-related information.
