Public Sector client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to scan physical records under the supervision of a client’s
employee, who will assist with digital record management.

Mandatory requirements

  • Advanced English.
  • Experience: 12 months relevant experience.
  • Education: Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
  • Be familiar with general office procedures, equipment and software.
  • Have a strong commitment to people, processes, policies and confidentiality.
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Meet tight deadlines

General Tasks

  • Physically lift boxes of records, carry them to a cubicle where there will be a desktop scanner;
  • Scan and name the records according to the ATI or P request;
  • The digital records will then be moved to a pre-established SharePoint folder;
  • Advise the USS (on a weekly basis) which ATI and P requests have been digitally scanned and saved where then the USS will then action destruction of physical files.
