Senior Business System Analyst (Bilingual)

The Public Client is seeking a Bilingual Senior Business System Analyst (SAP)

Mandatory requirements

• Experience a minimum of 2.5 years in SAP Enable Now
• 1.5 years within the last 3 years of experience working with SAP Enable Now training components
• 1.5 years within the last 3 years conducting gap analyses between existing business processes and SAP Enable Now capabilities
• 1.5 years within the last 3 years documenting inefficiencies and recommending solutions to facilitate a smooth transition
• 1.5 years within the last 3 years of experience developing training material, documentation, and user guides using SAP Enable Now

Optional requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with the Canadian Federal Government Departments/Agencies and/or Crown Corporations
• 2+ years of experience in SAP financial Modules: FI, FM, and CO
• 2+ years of experience in Question Mark Perception software

General Tasks

• Engagements with the Finance Training and Certification team to develop templates, outlines, analytics and processes to successfully transition to Enable Now
• Exploring the possibility of a more agile training cycle than our current two-week cycle
• Development of training simulations in the Enable Now application
• Implementation of training solutions/options
• In-depth knowledge transfer to the team of SAP Enable Now components
• Provide instruction on various SAP modules to the department’s employees.
